Training for all Staff

On January 28, 2022, Chairman Yang Yuping conducted training on corporate culture for all employees in the conference room of DSI. He gave an in-depth analysis of the Company’s management philosophy, service philosophy, and the due quality of employees, making the values and corporate culture contained in the Company’s management philosophy more clear to employees. Also, he hopes that the staff continue to improve their overall quality, pursue excellence, and deliver clients with high-quality and efficient services.

On February 28, 2022, Mr. Yang offered training on management knowledge for the Company’s middle-level and higher managers in the conference room. The training allowed our managers to refresh concepts, optimize mindsets, and improve knowledge structure. Mr. Yang hopes that our managers can constantly renew knowledge, improve themselves, correctly understand the relationship between company development and personal development, and foster management-oriented thinking, establishing a united, cooperative, excellent and efficient management team with core competence.
