Foundedin September 2008, Hubei Golden Sailing Int’l Ship Management Co., Ltd. (GSI) is a companyspecializing in crew services, crew management, and international and domesticship management recognized by domestic large corporationsand excellent state-owned and private-ownedshipping companies. As the vicepresidentialunit of the Hubei Province Crew Service Association(HPCSA), it was rated as 5A Good Faith Enterprise by the crew service organizationunder the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration (China MSA), and received ISO 9001:2015 certification from DNV GLfor its crew service quality management system.

      We are mainly engaged in international and domestic ship managementservices, seafarer dispatch business, labor dispatch services, human resource services, agency services of the affairs concerning maritime crew and crew members of vessels in inland waters, and other businesses.

      At present, the Company has dispatched a fleet of more than 600 crew members on board to over 30 ships, and assigned over 300 people through labor dispatch(geographicallydispersed dispatch), bringing the annual number of assignments to more than 1500. Rich in crew resources, we boast a wealth of foreign crew resourcesother than Chinese crew, and have established crew bases in the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar and other countries.

      The shipping routes where our crew are dispatched include ocean-going shipping routes, Southeast Asianshippingroutes, China-Japan-Korea and Far East shipping routes, domestic coastwise routes, and sea-river shippingroutes. The main types of ships involvedare: container ships, ro-ro ships, bulk carriers, multi-purpose heavy lift vesselsand others.
